LILLIAN FORD

OFFICE MANAGER

As the office manager, Lillian will be involved in many aspects of your care at Treasure Valley Psychology. She has been working in the behavioral health field for over 15 years, and is experienced in all aspects of managing a psychology office. Her primary role at Treasure Valley Psychology is overseeing all insurance verification and billing. She is a retired military Senior Non-Commissioned Officer, and moved to Boise in 2004, shortly after her retirement from the USAF. She enjoys many of the outdoor activities to be found here, especially biking or running on the greenbelt and trails surrounding Boise.

KATIE BROWN

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Katie is our administrative assistant, and will most likely be the first person you will be in contact with at Treasure Valley Psychology. Her main role is to welcome and onboard clients for the providers, as well as helping Lillian with all the administrative tasks around the office. As a military spouse, she has lived in many different places, including England. She has varied experiences with different customer service roles, as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology. Being born and raised in Fairbanks, Alaska, she loves what Idaho has to offer.
